We're very sorry, but all of our oil from this year's harvest is sold.

We are currently building a database of interested parties who would like to buy some of next year's harvest. We guess we'll have around three thousand litres in all. Our oil is organically grown in the Sitia co-operative area of east Crete. It is cold pressed separately and unfiltered. The acidity is well below 0.3. The taste is sublime, with a strong hint of pepper in the aftertaste and high floral tones.

The Sitia co-operative has won many awards for the quality and flavour of its distinctive olive oil.

Owing to the high cost of individual packing and postage are particularly interested to hear from buyers who might like to take larger amounts, (upscale restaurants, delicatessen chains, olive oil specialist retailers, etc) packaged in 5 litre tins.
